So I have decided that I love coffee. Best non-medicated appetite suppressant in the world. [for those of you who aren't coffee drinkers, I've discovered that the smell of strong coffee suppresses your appetite for a few hours] I know, it's weird, but I always keep a travel sized pack with me.

ANYWAYS: What this post is really about. It's not really ED related so bear with me: is anyone here Straight Edge?

I just want to take this time to thank ALL of you so much. I don't think you have any idea what the support you guys have given has done for me, especially now.

Recently, I lost pretty much all of my friends because of this. They can't seem to accept the way I live my life. However, YOU GUYS have been so amazing. I've never had this much support on anything before in my life, and the love I've recieved from all of you has literally brought me to tears. So thank you very, very much.

Second of all, I've noticed that, especially tonight, some of you guys have been expressing that you feel lost, or completely hopeless. I want you to know that I support every single one of you, and you WILL get through this: this too shall pass.

I wish the best for everyone here. I'm hoping for you all.

So I'm writing another one of my infamous Ana Guides. For those of you that don't know what that is, it's a collection of tips and tricks that basically covers ALL aspects of this lifestyle. I read it when I'm on the verge of bingeing, and it helps a ton. The one I'm writing right now is HUGE. Almost 20 pages so far in font size 10.

So ANYWAYS, I need any tips, tricks, [whatever] that you can give me. [don't comment them, just email me] They can be tips on absolutely whatever you want, including thinspo.

I can't believe this. When I first started out, there were no problems, no complications. Everyone just kind of accepted it and moved on.

But now, things have changed.
I'm dropping friends almost as fast as I'm dropping weight.
And well? It sucks.

I don't know how to get the people I USED to call my friends to accept what I'm doing, but I do know that despite what they say, I will not cave. Ever. This is for me; it does not concern them.

You have no idea how weird it feels to be back here. I used to be on this site 24/7, but I fell off the wagon.

So. Tomorrow, I start again. I went back to eating regularly for a while, and well, let's just say I paid the price.

I failed for today tomorrow I can't fast so Saturday is the new start day but anyways
Super bored going to try to become a certified phelbotomist but my teacher said focus on the medical assistant certifcation first but i guess it doesn't matter as long as I graduate and find a job so

This is my plan thing but I plan to eat nothing

When I do eat I'll have a 400 calorie limit mostly green tea and coffee and water that is it nothing else Im not really good with excercise but I have gym everyday and I play hard to make up for it tomorrow I start again since this is a new month and I can do this nothing will stop me
