So this trick is old [about 99.9% of you probably know about this already], but I love it.
I always keep a mini-bottle of cheap bad-smelling perfume with me. So when I feel like bingeing, I take the food out, and spray it with the perfume.
After that, of course you can't eat it. And plus, you start to associate food with the bad smell.
